In the quiet of creation, may peace and justice reign, where every heart finds shelter from the storm of pain.
As we enter the Season of Creation, from September 1st to October 4th, we are called to renew our relationship with our Creator and all creation through celebration, conversion, and commitment together. This year, we embrace the theme “Peace with Creation,” inspired by the passage from Isaiah 32:14-18: “My people will abide in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places.”
This year, we also turn our hearts and minds to the devastating impact of conflict. As we work towards environmental justice, we must also strive for peace and compassion for all people. May we all work towards a world where everyone can live in secure dwellings and quiet resting places.
