Saturday 28 September is Open Day at the Wellsprings Centre, Holy Faith Convent, Main Street, Celbridge.
From 10.00am to 1.00pm you can visit the Centre, browse and purchase the hand-crafted Christmas cards, indulge in some scrumptious home-made cakes and take comfort in the fact that the proceeds go to our school in Riwoto South Sudan. The funds buy much- needed supplies for this primary school in a very remote part of South Sudan. Last year a special class was set up for sixteen year olds coming to school for the first time.
Wellsprings Centre is a faith initiative of the Holy Faith Sisters. It is now in its fifth year of operation. Sr Olive Cullen is the Centre Director, assisted by a vibrant group of Holy Faith Associates and Sr Marie Louise Harding.
Wellsprings offers a School of the Word and other adult faith development courses as well as icon writing, art clubs, craft club and a library.
