The first of these sessions will focus on the question: What is prayer? Each session will last approximately one hour followed by tea/coffee.

A Holy Faith Sister and former secondary school teacher and Career Guidance Counsellor, Teresa has been involved in retreat work and in facilitating prayer groups, Enneagram workshops and Parenting Courses. She has a special interest in prayer with scripture and in Centering Prayer.
