Beginners and newcomers welcome to a new Christian Meditation Group which meets every Thursday evening at the Margaret Aylward Centre for Faith and Dialogue, Holy Faith Convent, Glasnevin.
The one hour meeting begins at 7.30pm and includes a short taped talk on meditation by Fr John Main, 25 minutes of silent prayer, followed by a question and answer period.
