Sr Margo has returned to Riwoto to re-open the school for the 2014 school year. Happily the lay teachers from Kenya were able to return as none of the devastating violence has spilled over to the area in which Riwoto is situated.
Two local men whom we are helping to sponsor for teacher training will return from their inservice at the end of February and help in the school. Sr Antonine is in Nairobi waiting for her visa to South Sudan so that she can go by plane to Kapoeta and avoid the arduous overland journey across the border between Kenya and South Sudan.
